Trebuia s\u0103 plec\u0103m \u00eempreun\u0103 \u00eentr-o excursie, \u00eentr-un loc interesant, undeva <em>departe<\/em>. Nu aveam bilet, dar eram sigur c\u0103, \u00eentr-un fel sau altul, totul se va rezolva. Cu o sear\u0103 \u00eenainte, chiar visasem asta: zgomotul motorului autobuzului, v\u00e2ntul care b\u0103tea prin fereastra deschis\u0103, aventura care m\u0103 a\u0219tepta dincolo de orizont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar c\u00e2nd am ajuns acolo, \u0219oferul abia s-a uitat la mine. <em>\u201eNu mai sunt locuri\u201d,<\/em> a spus. Pur \u0219i simplu. U\u0219ile s-au \u00eenchis cu un \u0219uierat, autobuzul a plecat, iar eu am r\u0103mas acolo, privindu-l cum dispare \u00een dep\u0103rtare. Veri\u0219oara mea s-a urcat. Eu nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani de zile, acel moment m-a marcat. Nu pentru c\u0103 am ratat c\u0103l\u0103toria, ci pentru cum m-a f\u0103cut s\u0103 m\u0103 simt: <strong>mic<\/strong>. Ca \u0219i cum lumea era ceva <em>ce \u021bi se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103<\/em> , nu ceva ce puteai modela. A\u0219a c\u0103 am \u00eencetat s\u0103 mai visez la lucruri mari. Am decis c\u0103, dac\u0103 muncesc suficient de mult, dac\u0103 \u00eemi \u021bin capul jos \u0219i fac ce se a\u0219teapt\u0103 de la mine, voi fi bine. Voi fi <em>\u00een siguran\u021b\u0103.<\/em>. Gata cu sta\u021biile de autobuz. Gata cu dezam\u0103girile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar iat\u0103 care este problema cu a juca la sigur: <strong>nu ajungi nic\u0103ieri.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi-am construit o via\u021b\u0103 care arat\u0103 foarte bine pe h\u00e2rtie. O slujb\u0103 bun\u0103. Recenzii bune. Dar, la un moment dat, mi-am dat seama c\u0103 doar m\u0103 lasam purtat de val. Bifam c\u0103su\u021be, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 urm\u0103resc nimic. \u0218i apoi, \u00eentr-o zi, m-am \u00eentrebat: <em>\u201eDac\u0103 sunt \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een sta\u021bia de autobuz? Dac\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 a\u0219tept un autobuz care nu va veni niciodat\u0103, pentru c\u0103 nu am \u00eendr\u0103znit s\u0103-mi fac planuri?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atunci am \u00een\u021beles: <strong>a visa nu este problema. Renun\u021barea la visuri este.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am \u00eenceput cu pa\u0219i mici. Mi-am permis s\u0103-mi imaginez ce \u00eemi doream cu adev\u0103rat \u2013 nu doar \u201esuccesul\u201d, ci cum arat\u0103 acesta. Libertatea de a-mi alege proiectele. Impactul pe care voiam s\u0103-l am. Am scris totul. Am f\u0103cut un pas. Apoi \u00eenc\u0103 unul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i iat\u0103 ce am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat: <strong>Autobuzul vine \u00eentotdeauna.<\/strong> Poate nu primul. Poate nu al doilea. Dar dac\u0103 \u0219tii clar unde vrei s\u0103 ajungi, dac\u0103 e\u0219ti gata s\u0103 faci un pas \u00eenainte, <em>ceva<\/em> te va duce acolo. Trebuie doar s\u0103 fii la sta\u021bie, cu biletul \u00een m\u00e2n\u0103, c\u00e2nd ajunge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acum, c\u00e2nd lucrez cu clien\u021bii \u2013 manageri, directori, oameni care au petrecut ani de zile juc\u00e2nd la sigur \u2013 v\u0103d aceea\u0219i ezitare. <em>\u201eDac\u0103 nu merge?\u201d<\/em> Dar adev\u0103rata \u00eentrebare este: <em>\u201eDac\u0103 merge?<\/em> Dac\u0103 singurul lucru care st\u0103 \u00eentre tine \u0219i via\u021ba pe care \u021bi-o dore\u0219ti este curajul de a visa mai \u00eent\u00e2i?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iat\u0103 provocarea mea pentru tine: <strong>Care este autobuzul t\u0103u?<\/strong> Visul acela pe care nu ai \u00eendr\u0103znit s\u0103-l nume\u0219ti? Cel pe care l-ai respins pentru c\u0103 \u021bi se p\u0103rea prea mare, prea riscant, prea <em>nerealist<\/em>? Noteaz\u0103-l. Nu ca pe o fantezie, ci ca pe o destiina\u021bie. Apoi f\u0103 un pas \u00een direc\u021bia lui. Cump\u0103r\u0103 biletul. F\u0103 bagajul.
